At LUO Jewelry, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your piece isn't the perfect fit, you can return or exchange any unworn items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the jewelry items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare the Package

  Carefully place the jewelry in its original LUO Jewelry velvet box and protective packaging to ensure it arrives back to us in pristine condition.

• 3.
  Attach the Label

  Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided through our portal, then securely affix it to the outside of your shipping box.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand your package to the designated carrier and keep your tracking number handy; we will process your refund or exchange within 5 business days of receipt.
